Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times via telephone, email, social media.
Consistently work as part of the Team to ensure continued support for dealers, end users and
independent sales reps. Perform order process review, order entry and administration related support
tasks. Provide valuable input regarding stock levels.
Responsible for dealer purchasing inquiries and issues regarding the general order process. Responsible
for interaction with dealers regarding sales order information, purchase order and back orders. Continually
improve effectiveness and enhance customer service performance. Support and process eCommerce and
end user eshop purchases and related general customer service.
Always ensure accurate inventory control during all daily tasks within order processing. This includes data
entry, quantities, invoicing, price levels, special programs and sample accounts.
Daily order input, invoicing, monitoring and process for invoicing shipments of back orders in a timely
fashion, pricing and dealer price level accuracy. Ensure dealer information and purchase order data is
always up to date. Communication with Sales Managers, Operations Manager and Customer Service staff.
Develop skills to work with Operations and Customer Service Staff in all area’s office support including but not limited to RA credit review according to procedure. Scheduling of freight for outgoing systems for
dealers and end users.
