Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking two Business Brokers to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- The Business Broker will be responsible for identifying owners of small, privately held, AZ based businesses who are at or near retirement, and ready to list their businesses for sale. New team members will train by shadowing a seasoned broker.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate license issued by the ADRE
- Should possess some familiarity with financial statements
- Ability to work multiple files simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assist in negotiations between Buyers and Sellers
- High attention to detail
As with most real estate sales, this is a lucrative but commission only position. Applicants need staying power (or perhaps a working spouse) allowing ample time to build a book of business.
