The Big Picture and Why This Position Exists.

As a Tucker Graphic Designer and Branding Strategist you will work within the Marketing Department to serve the graphic design needs of Tucker's Real Estate Agents for the purpose of defining and growing their individual brands and elevating the marketing of their real estate listings. By actively engaging Agents with a positive and energetic can-do attitude, you will help create an environment where Agents fully utilize Tucker's marketing assets at their disposal helping to ensure their success and a lasting partnership with F.C. Tucker. As a Tucker Graphic Designer and Branding Strategist, you will also assist staff at the Agent Support Center (corporate office) to fulfill their graphic design needs for F.C. Tucker Company corporate collateral.

A normal day might entail:
  • Meeting with agents and staff in-person or virtually to discover their needs
  • Working independently, and with existing design team, to create finished projects for agent and staff use
  • Engaging in multiple rounds of proofing and revisions
  • Modifying existing designs
  • Implementing real estate advertising standards and brokerage brand guidelines
  • Participating in round-robin proofing system
  • Proactively providing input and design support to marketing automation tools explored by the internal Marketing/IT/Training departments

  • You have working knowledge of Google G Suite/Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive)
  • You have proven experience in thoughtful and complete branding practices and processes
  • You have proven experience for adherence to brand standards

HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday; 37.5 hours per week.
