Turret/Crane Operator

A leading cold storage facility is looking for a Turret/Crane Operator witha positive attitude and strong work ethic to join their team in Woodbridge, NJ.

 Responsibilities and Duties

         Put away andretrieve pallets from the main freezer to the inbound/outbound lane via theintegrated turret crane system

         Transport inboundfinished products into freezers

         Operate heavy and RFscanning equipment

         Assist with miscellaneousduties as needed

Required Skills/Abilities

• 3-5 years ofexperience in operating heavy inventory movement equipment
  
• A working knowledge of freezer andwarehouse equipment/operations
  
• Prior experience operating a forklift
  
• Prior experience in a cold storagefacility, a plus
  
• Certification forTurret Operation, a plus
  
• Physicaldexterity and visual acuity to operate machinery and/or heavy equipment
  
• A "can do" attitude and excellentanalytical skills
  
• Ability to work independently andmeet productivity objectives
  
• Ability to work and communicate with all levels of company staff
  
• Must be amenable to occasionally workon weekends
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age andlegally authorized to work in the United States
  
• Must be willing to undergo abackground check and drug screen testing as required
  

Pay:  $22/hour or higher based on experience and qualifications
