Maintenance Techncian

Talento Search Group has an opening for a manufacturing Maintenance Technician in Mooresville, Indiana. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot/repair manufacturing
- Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment
- Assist in facilities maintenance projects such as plumbing, carpentry, hvac, and others as needed
- Assist in management of spare parts inventory
- Complete repairs in timely manner to minimize downtime
Experience Needed:
- At least 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- HS Diploma
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance is a plus
- Knowledge of powder coating process is a plus
