  • Create and establish prospect relationships in order to identify and sell services
  • Identify prospects and their place in the industry in order to create potential business relationships
  • Research and analyze sales options; consultative selling around client need and value propositions
  • Maintain and preserve client relationships through the initial implementation stage
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors and market activities and contribute to overall product development discussions
  • Recommend solutions and provide long-term value proposition by calculating business case
  • Create and carry out company standards in order to maintain outstanding service
  • Sell into the C-Suite level; negotiate final scope and pricing through contract execution
Required SkillsNational Sales Executive required skills & qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business administration
  • 5+ years of sales experience (B2B) in a data-driven environment, using consultative, value-proposition selling techniques
  • Prior sales success with high-growth organizations / middle market / C-Suite
  • Willingness/ability to travel as necessary
  • Experienced in seeking out and creating client relationships
  • Comfortable with making presentations; negotiation and sales planning skills
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting industry is highly preferred
