This fun, creative, pizza-centric restaurant is looking for a General Manager to lead its team. The ideal General Manager will be able to elevate service and connect to the surrounding community. He or She will embrace the creative spirit and ethos of the founders as well as manage a high-volume, dynamic restaurant. Minimum 2-3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
Passion for all things hospitality
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment
Strong financial skills; capacity to analyze P&L statements
Experience managing and developing 20+ employee per shift
Flexible work availability as our managers work 45-50 hours per week
Must be a team player, well organized, and a strong leader
