Job Description

TalentFish is an employee-owned startup technology staffing company. We provide high quality IT talent,
consulting and products with a focus on AI, Cyber Security, Data Science, UX and Project Management. Our co-
founders have many years of street cred in the industry, having successfully built and exited a large technology-
focused staffing firm. We are searching for driven, high energy, highly engaged creative sales professionals to

Job Description:
Identify prospective clients by learning and understanding their staffing needs
Make initial contact and explain our strengths and differentiators
Build personal long-term relationships with clients
Must be able to work in the Greater Chicago area and beyond
Work with internal recruiting team to help identify best match after understanding soft skills
requirements from the client
Drive business and ensure sustained growth, focusing on achieving/surpassing IT staffing sales targets
Negotiate a contract
Formulate, develop and implement IT and Technology staffing business strategies to ensure attainment
of revenue goals and profitable sell-through
Continually interact with and maintain business relationships with key clients and prospects
Proactively analyze competitors, vendors and associates
Ability to use professional social media tools like LinkedIn & Twitter to expand reach
Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types
Desire to have a key contributing role in the long-term growth of this new business segment
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate is either currently selling staffing services or has built up a book of business of at least 5
years of related experience in selling IT and Technology staffing services
Previous cold calling, appointment setting, and phone experience is very important
History of professional sales success
A college degree is preferred
Excellent organization, time management, and creative phone & email selling skills
A love for competing, winning and achieving goals
A sense of urgency and a sense of humor
Great interpersonal and rapport-building skills
Experience:
Staffing company: 3 years (Preferred)
Inside sales: 3 years (Required)
Outside Sales: 3 years (Required)
Schedule: Monday through Friday
