Job Description: You will be joining an experienced Data and Services workcell as a BA/QA. Your job will require you to work closely with your fellow technology team members, to coordinate with developers and business resources to come up with business requirements and test scenarios. You will also be writing BDD test cases via Cucumber and Gherkin. The job will be varied and challenging.
Responsibility: •Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges; •Coordinate and drive multiple disciplines to successfully delivery initiatives; •Provide solutions to complex problems aimed at achieving business outcomes; •Create, develop, and maintain system designs; •Oversee technical deliverables for projects through the software development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, and build and implementation plans; •Surface and provide insights into risks and potential failures and drive to resolution; •Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members; •Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level; •Work closely with stakeholders to design and document solutions that align with business needs and are consistent with architectural vision; •Mentor and coach project team members (including Sourcing Partners) to enforce development guidelines and best practices; •Actively participate in industry and brings insights into Financial
Basic Qualification o Primary skills are micro services, APIs, and BDD. o Experience with collating business test cases and translating them into Gherkin on the Cucumber framework. Experience with MySQL Experience with AWS Experience with Retirement Industry a huge plus o 2 years working in Agile delivery teams. o Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field o Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
