Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Support to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will collect accurate information from our clients and ensure every small to big details are accurately recorded to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely communication to the clients.

Responsibilities

  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until we have all the information we need.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information from clients to be recorded.
  • Ensure all information from clients are properly logged
  • Follow up with clients continuously
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document product and packaging knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service support, Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step help, both written and verbal
