Job Description

21Tech, LLC. is seeking a Service Desk Technician – Level 1 to support our Client onsite in Glendale, Arizona. This is an onsite 11-month contract position.



  • Manage Service Desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer issues via phone, email and computer chat
  • Provide customer assistance
  • Document customer interactions in ticketing application
  • Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
  • Escalate issues to the technicians with next level of difficulty
  • Dispatch technicians to address customer issues as needed
  • Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Computer Imaging



  • A+ Certification and/or Microsoft certification preferred
  • 2 years + of experience working in a help desk or service desk environment
  • Associate's degree or above 
  • Proficiency with Office 2016
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams or other video-conferencing software
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues remotely
