Creative Producer, Visual Systems - FAST

Our client the world’s number one and first friend social platform is looking for a senior-level Creative/Design Producer to join the Feed and Stories’ Team’s Creation team. They focus on creating, maintaining, and evolving the product features that people use to express themselves and interact with their friends and family . Their team of visual designers, animators, and creative coders works directly with product teams in an embedded model. Whether it is improving the way they introduce new stickers to the product, developing a strategy for how filters are displayed, or creating new innovative sharing formats and features, we leverage systems thinking to deliver iconography, emojis, typography, illustration, and AR effects that fit the needs of their ecosystem. This person will be responsible for shaping and leading systems communications across several product areas and initiatives. As an experienced producer, you are comfortable collaborating and providing a creative point of view with creative directors, art directors, visual designers, and product designers to grow and evolve work from a design perspective. You should be comfortable working across many digital platforms and surfaces with multiple teams, and always be curious and eager to experiment with approach and process. The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver that has experience with AR, design and production processes and methodologies, systems thinking, and flexibility and agility to pivot to meet strategic objectives. The successful candidate should have strong, focused experience in building and shipping design/creative, with experience in both pipeline and bespoke development. Additionally, the producer must be a clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, a team player, and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work. ● Own and drive the design project lifecycle including strategic scoping/planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, design reviews, delivery

● Provide visibility into current projects, team utilization, project health and priorities

● Participate in and facilitate design reviews and post-mortems

● Work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with multi-disciplinary teams

● Produce strong conceptual and expressive work that is engaging and reflect a cohesive visual style, voice, and tone

● Able to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward

● Schedule, manage and address cross-functional feedback and stakeholder approvals

● Predict and/or identify roadblocks and obstacles, and proactively establish meetings or integration points between teams to address and resolve them

● Facilitate, document and disseminate decisions to key stakeholders

● Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions


● 5+ years of experience with creative/visual systems and branding

● A ‘big picture’ approach in helping establish, support, and engage teams, while still managing the details and organization

● Relevant understanding and appreciation of visual design processes and systems

● Comfortable with ambiguity, and resilience in managing change

● Experience creating work for digital surfaces (app, web, mobile)

● Portfolio exhibits systems thinking and branding experience

● Presentation, interpersonal, and communication experience

● Experience with time management, task prioritization, identifying challenges, and creative problem solving


● Bachelor’s Degree
