Junior Recruiter

Talent Retriever is actively looking to hire a Jr. Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team! This is an in-office opportunity at our North Andover location. 

We’re hiring for an entry-level position that offers a thorough training program with both team and one-on-one support. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of G&A, Marketing, Technical, and go-to-market talent to fulfill the hiring needs of our scaling clients throughout the US.

What You Will Be Doing 

• Full cycle recruiting (sourcing to offer generation) of Nationwide candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical positions within growing companies
• Post to job boards and review applicants to identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Prospect and outreach passive candidates through social media sites and job boards.
• Conduct phone screens and video calls and pitch jobs to prospective candidates
• Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for interviews, and gather candidate feedback from post-interviews
• Extend offers to selected candidates
• Build strong candidate relationships

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0-2 years of experience 
• Strong communication skills; comfortable in a heavy phone environment 
• Interest in Sales/Recruiting
• Collaborative mindset, ability to work well in a team-oriented model
