Mechanical Assembler: $24.54/hr.

We have immediate needs for Mechanical Assembler/Builders at our Hamel corporate facilities.

The pay starts at $24.54/hr. with automatic raises.

The shifts will typically be Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Overview:

Manufacturing assembly position expected to work as a team member with other assembly related activities on equipment.

· Assembling company products and machinery using pre-fab sub assemblies

· Understands and applies shop rules, proper safety and PPE at all times

· Understands proper use and care of required tools

· Understands and can interpret basic engineering prints

· Understands basic addition and fraction conversions

· Understands metal working fundamentals and proper tool use, including operating drills, bending, cutting and knowledge of materials and threading

Assembly

· Demonstrates proper and safe, use and technique of torque procedures

Safety

· Demonstrates understanding of mechanical safety, OSHA compliance and lock out tag out

· Demonstrates and applies an understanding of shop rules and job briefing, proper techniques, PPE and MSDS referencing at all times to remain safe

Production Workflow

· Demonstrates the ability to correctly locate and gather parts from the parts storage area

· Demonstrates the ability to locate, understand and apply shop order packets and production process flows

· Demonstrates the ability to read and understand standard work documents

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 6 Months+ Manufacturing assembly experience

Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test.
