CPA firm seeks a bookkeeper assistant for our Arlington office.
Office responsibilities include:
Scanning and mailing documents, answering telephones, scheduling appointments and sorting tax documents for clients.
Bookkeeping responsibilities include:
Entering credit card and checking information into Quickbooks,
entering payroll information into the payroll system and reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
Quickbooks experience, knowledge of Microsoft excel, strong verbal skills and being familiar with tax documents.
