Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Close to UMD/College Park. Full time or Part time. Please submit resume online, no calls, thank you.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences, e-mails, proposals, invoices
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Assist with payroll
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and return calls, follow-up with customers,must have professional phone manner
  • Organize and file a large variety of paperwork
  • Perform all other office tasks, including but not limited to copying, scanning a large variety of documents
  • Work independently with little supervision, must be responsible and quick learner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, Excel, Word, Adobe and other commonly used business and office progs.
