Job Title: Senior Call Center Rep.
Location: 500 MetLife Way Freeport, IL
Pay Rate: $18.26/hr
Start Date: 08/05/2019-02/04/2019 (Contract can be extended based on performace)

Job Description:
• Inbound Call Center
• Complete First Notice of Loss for claimants and insured's on Homeowner Property Claims.
• Answer customer questions and forward claim and customer to the appropriate claim office with jurisdiction.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service to their internal and external customers.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Demonstrates teamwork, shares ideas, knowledge and builds and maintains positive relationships.
• Hours are 11:30-8:00pm M- F, some days may be part time.
