Job Description

Tahim & Associates CPA Firm in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. An ideal candidate must be able to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

· Greet and welcome clients

· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

· Update calendars and schedule meetings

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· Minimum 2 years of Receptionist experience

· Customer service attitude

· Detail oriented with solid written and verbal communication skills

· Great communication skills and ability to work closely with clients

· Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
