Taco John's International in Eagan, MN is seeking a full-time Fast-food Restaurant Shift Manager to assist oversee staff and providing excellent customer service at our Brand new Location. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER

In this restaurant management role, you are the right hand of our general manager! During your shift, you monitor the overall operations of our facility. You provide training and guidance to employees and make sure that our staff delivers excellent customer service. When an issue arises, our guests can rely on you to fix the problem quickly and make it right. As a natural problem-solver, you have the ability to calmly think things through and come up with solutions.

As a true team player, you earn the respect of your crew by pitching in to lend a hand wherever you're needed. Attentive to detail, you ensure that procedures are followed correctly-from safety and hygiene to balancing the cash drawer, you stringently adhere to the policies that help our business run smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER

• 1+ years of experience as a food service team member
• Reliable transportation

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER

This full-time food service job has 4-, 6-, 8-, and 10-hour shifts available, between the hours of 6:00 am and midnight.
