Sales Coordinator - TUUCI

TUUCI is searching for a new team member who embodies passion and performance in the Sales department. The Sales Coordinator’s main goal is to ensure the smooth flow of information and follow up with existing and prospective customers. The Sales Coordinator will need to have excellent communication skills and strong computer skills with proficiency in database management.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Organize sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related reports
- Setup new customer contact information and keep current contact information up to-date
- Track the delivery of sales literature, product samples and other necessary services to customers
- Perform trade show and sales meeting follow ups to assure timely delivery of sales literature and samples
- Proactively research new potential customer lists with the guidance and direction of the Sales team
- Assist customers and sales reps with routine product questions and direct questions
We prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support is preferred. Must be a team player with excellent follow up and time management skills. The best candidates are resourceful, well organized and detail oriented.
