TTEC is seeking a Senior Consultant - Messaging Implementation to join our Business Transformation team. This is a remote role with regular travel, and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.

As a Senior Consultant - Messaging Implementation you will drive operations, process, workflow on engagements with Clients looking to implement or enhance messaging and automation platforms. You will ensure that engagements are delivered on time, according to specifications and within budget.
Ability to discover and understand Client operations, culture and Customer Experience expectations in order to develop successful solutions.
Proven experience performing business requirement gathering and documentation.
Capture best practices and add to the firm's knowledge base.
Direct experience with contact center operations and/or technology implementation
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
Coordinate project deliverables and prepare proposals and presentations.
- 4 years of consulting experience.
Experience creating customer journey maps, detailed process flows and use case / business requirement documentation.
Ability to work independently both at the Client's location and remotely to design, and document successful requirements for implementation of messaging systems
Experience developing business strategies for contact centers and designing customer experience solutions to satisfy those strategies.
Ability to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills.
Mentor and supervise junior team members.
Ability to recognize your audience and speak credibly to business and technical topics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Degree from globally reputable university in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with outstanding academic record. MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus. i
