Human Resources Coordinator IV
Location – Montvale, NJ
Duration – 6 month contract
- Assist with a variety of projects and tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential material.
- Data entry on various Excel worksheets and database.
- Scan and retrieve electronic files from multiple systems.
- Routine mailings and associated clerical tasks.
- Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
