Job Description

Provide answers to internal (ADP) or external (client) questions, complaints or suggestions in regards to the ADP Time and Attendance software and timeclocks. Associates will work with clients and internal partners to resolve client's issues.
Provide answers to internal (ADP) or external (client) questions, complaints or suggestions about a company's service or product. Provide specific information regarding the services, products or materials offered by a company. Answer phones, provide troubleshooting information.
