Loaded Miles:     $1.40   Detention 2-9hrs: $25.00            

Deadhead:     $1.00 Minimum per Load: $375.00  

Hazmat:     $0.05 Canadian Loaded: $170.00            

Team:     $0.20     Hand Load: $25.00            

Life Science:     $0.08     Loaded Layover: $75.00           

Elite Services:     $0.12 (every load after gov’t cleared) Stop Off: $25.00        

Gov’t Shipment:   $0.10 (when dispatched on gov’t load)       Back Haul: 85%  

Insurance for Owner Operator Truck Driver: Weekly                        

Physical Damage:  5.6% FMV/ 52 Weeks          

Non Truck Liability: $37.79          

Occupational: $35.70                      

Passenger Accident: $8.00          

Base Plate: $35.00 per week

CDL-A Owner Operator Truck Driver Job Requirements:

Tractor Requirements: Must be 10yrs or less, Carb Compliant, provide pictures

Must have Sleeper

Valid CDL-A Must be 21 years of age

6 months of verifiable driving experience

Good driving record Must pass DOT physical & substance test
