Winchester Homes, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic individual that thrives in a high volume, fast paced, team environment to be a New Home Sales Assistant.
Position Highlights: This position requires incredible customer service skills, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail. The primary responsibilities would be to work with the New Home Advisors to conduct regular prospecting, set appointments, demonstrate the model home, ensure the model home is stocked with sales materials, and ensure the model home and neighborhood appearance is up to company standards.
+ Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities.
+ Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards.
+ Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model.
+ Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers.
+ Input of customer information into CRM (Customer Retention Management) program.
+ Act as a liaison between prospective buyers and sales team.
+ Assist in planning and coordination of special events.
+ Competitive shopping and information gathering.
+ Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers.
+ High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ At least two years of demonstrated experience in the new home industry; or equivalent combination of education and sales experience required.
+ Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high quality results.
+ Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
+ Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic and exceptional listening skills.
+ Desire to be part of a successful and growing team.
+ A flexible, "can do" attitude.
+ Microsoft office, SharePoint and other office technology skills.
+ Ability to articulate thoughts and actively listen in order to communicate effectively customers.
+ Available to work 3 days each week and weekends.
