TRF Pacific, LLC, a local real estate development, commercial property and association management firm, is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our small hardworking team.

Basic job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Tenant and Customer Relations: act as the first point of contact with our customers, tenants and business partners. Answer the door, greet visitors, and inform staff when they have a guest waiting for them. Always act in a professional, friendly and helpful. Keep our conference rooms organized and ready for use; maintain calendars and conference room supplies.
Phones: answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate team members. This position will also act as a backup liaison for our Ring Central phone service and outside answering service.
Mail: date-stamp and distribute all incoming mail and packages; arrange courier pick-ups; prepare and schedule overnight mailings; pick up from and take outgoing mail to post office.
Fax: monitor all incoming faxes and distribute accordingly; assist as needed with outgoing faxes.
Office supplies: under direction of office manager, order supplies; maintain appropriate inventory; re-stock as necessary.
Accounting Assistance: Coding and processing incoming checks for deposit. Fold, stuff and mail monthly and periodic customer statements, payments to vendors, and Homeowners Association mailings. Scan and file management reports, budgets, leases and bank reconciliations. File payable invoices and deposits. Code recurring utility invoices.
Support: At the direction of the office manager provide transcription, correspondence, and general help with a variety of projects for our Principals as needed; support and assist all staff with various overflow tasks as needed. Update TRF database with current tenant information. Assist the office manager in maintaining organization of filing systems, both rolling files and files on the server. This is an ongoing project as we continually acquire new properties and management contracts.
Plants and Maintenance: water, fertilize and dust office plants, keep the kitchen and conference rooms clean, run the dishwasher, and otherwise keep the office looking spit spot.
Qualifications: An ability (a) to see and read all manner and type-size of documents and correspondence, (B) to clearly hear clients, tenants, vendors and team members over the telephone and in person, (c) to be able to stand and sit for extended periods, (d) to lift at least 25 pounds from floor level to six feet above floor.
Benefits: This is a full-time position in our downtown Seattle office. Normal working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on experience.
