TRC Staffing is actively interviewing for WORK FROM HOME Call Center Specialists for our client in Montgomery, AL! As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for direct communication with customers to assist them with general account issues, providing information about products, payment plans on accounts, and setting up/disconnecting services. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week position. If you are someone who thrives in the Customer Service Industry and enjoys providing top notch customer service, this is the position to pursue!
*Interested candidates must live in an area that is commutable to Montgomery, AL.

Training Hours : Monday-Friday | 11AM-8PM
Job Type: Virtual, Work from Home
- Answer inbound inquiries regarding consumer services/products/accounts.
- Answer billing inquiries and making changes to billing plans
- De-escalate customer complaints and being able to settle customer issues
- Processing payments and making payment arrangements
- Activating/Deactivating services
- Having strong knowledge of company products and promotion campaigns. Continue to be up to date on all new processes, procedures and tools.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Six months of Customer Service experience.
- Home Internet Connection
- Exceptional oral/written communication skills, listening skills and professional phone etiquette
- Technical Aptitude, ability to troubleshoot computer issues
- Ability to think outside the box to present viable solutions to the customer
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
