We are seeking Onsite Call Center Reps to join our team! Our client has started a whole new team within their call center to service a new client so we're looking to hire outstanding Call Center Representatives who want to give A+ customer service and grow within an organization.

- Guaranteed 40 hours per week + the ability to work overtime
- Monday - Friday Hours, no weekends
- Base pay + incentive pay based on attendance and performance

- Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their gas & electric utility services
- Responding to questions, taking payments, setting up payment arrangements, updating payment methods
- Assisting customers with power outage questions
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
