About the Opportunity
Energetic Customer Care Agents are needed for our client's call center in downtown Dallas, TX. CSR's will interact with
customers to provide information in response to inquiries about consumer products and process payments in regards to billing.
Work schedule: 5 day work week that could include Saturday or Sunday
Hours: You must be able to work any of these shifts as one will be assigned to you when training begins. Note: you will always work the same shift, no rotating.
Answer inbound inquiries regarding cosmetic, jewelry or apparel products
Answer billing inquiries and process payments
De-escalate and resolve customer complaints
Provide information to potential customers interested in opening accounts
Update and document customer information and interaction in the database
Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs
Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
Must have good data entry and experience navigating multiple screens
Must be able to type 35+ wpm
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings: drug test and criminal background
Education and Experience
Min. of 1+ years of Call Center Agent experience Qualified candidates must have High School Diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience in a luxury brand environment i.e. Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom is highly desirable
