Licensed Commercial CSR
Independent Agency specializing in Property & Casualty Insurance is searching for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have an active Property & Casualty insurance license and at least three years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance. Experience in Commercial Lines is required.
Job duties include day-to-day customer service of an assigned book of Commercial accounts. These duties include, but are not limited to, processing policy changes requested by customers, answering billing questions, assisting customers with audits and filing claims. Experience working with insurance company rating systems and underwriters is required for remarketing policies at renewal annually. Excellent communication and time management skills are requirements to working in this fast-paced role.
