Shift and Pay
•M - F 9 am – 6 pm (possible overtime during busy seasons)
•$13-$15 per hour
•Develop in depth knowledge of the products and services offered through our client
•Ensure a warm, caring and friendly client experience is provided in every interaction
•Ensure all requests and complaints are addressed in a timely manner and the client is kept informed of progress and final resolution.
•Identify root causes of recurring issues.
•Must have the capacity to use good judgment in handling stressful situations and the ability to deal with conflict.
•Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to understand both written and oral instructions.
•Customer service experience (prior call center experience is preferred)
•Excellent computer and typing skills
•Ability to listen to customer needs/complaints and quickly decide how to remedy problems
