We are currently interviewing candidates for a Customer Experience Coordinator (CXC) position.


This position is based in our Raleigh office headquarters. This role facilitates a positive client experience from the sales process through deployment. This process includes such duties as technical sales support, vendor relations, project management, logistics, and partnering with our engineering team. This role will be responsible for organizing the technical side of projects, creating job-site maps for network service locations, conducting crew projections and creating gear lists for network deployments. The CXC will build and maintain documentation for expense reporting and establish improvement practices and protocols to follow.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration is preferred, but not required. Previous work experience in a similar project management role is required. Candidates should have an understanding of project management and customer management software platforms. Candidates need to be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high-pressure environment. Candidates must effectively communicate in a professional manner and demonstrate time management skills. An understanding of production environments or events is a benefit in this role but not a requirement.
