The company specializes in property management, development, property improvements/remodels, and much more! This division specializes in retail properties: restaurants, shopping centers, malls, and various retail facilities.
What are my Responsibilities?
Managing vendors (maintenance, janitorial, concierge services per building), managing tenant construction or building improvement processes, showing space, corresponding with existing and prospective clients, partnering with Manager to create yearly budgets, tracking actual to budget, reviewing property payables and receivables, communicating with tenants with late payments or delays, ambassador and face of company to tenants, and continuing development of property management career.
What skills do I need?
Drive to be successful and uphold company policies, while making CUSTOMER SERVICE #1! Ability to represent company professionally in communication and attire. Willingness to resolve tenant concerns with thorough follow up.
What are the requirements?
This job will accept different levels of experience in the industry based on the portfolio need. Must have minimum of 3 years commercial property management experience. Able to accept someone in support or prior Assistant position. Must have minimum of an AA or AS degree and active R.E. License desired! Word, Excel, Outlook and internet proficiency.
