Job Description

Passionate about the property management industry? Experienced as a Property Coordinator or Administrator and looking to advance?  Northern California based commercial property development and management firm is looking for YOU!! Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
  • Communicating with tenants on various work order requests
  • Following up with vendors to ensure appropriate services provided
  • Processing tenant move-in and move-outs
  • Overseeing payables and receivables for the property
  • Following up with tenants on various requests
  • Processing CAM reconciliations
  • Reviewing and understanding building financials
  • Communicating with prospective tenants to provide information space information
  • Preparing reporting and details for Ownership
  • Selecting new tenants as needed
  • Ensuring all certificates and business licenses are up to date
  • Assisting Manager in developing a portfolio budget
  • Working with marketing team to coordinate property events
  • Assisting with various specialty projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • BA or BS degree
  • 3+ years as an Assistant Property Manager in commercial
  • CA RE license desired, not required
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Ability to work well under deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills
