Then this is the job you have been WAITING for!! Growing commercial real estate and property management firm is looking to add a part-time employee to their offices in Hayward! Company owns and manages the following types of properties: office and industrial commercial space. Great opportunity to learn and grow. Hours are flexible between 8-5, Monday through Friday, approximately 15-20 hours weekly.

Job Activities:

  • Creating great first impressions for callers and visitors
  • Providing customer service to tenants and resolving concerns
  • Dispatching maintenance for building and space requests
  • Communicating through email or phone with clients and vendors
  • Inputting payables for properties
  • Creating reports
  • Managing all tenant and vendor files
  • Managing relationships with vendors
  • Coordinating tenant improvement process
  • Following on any missing documentation or expired business licenses or certificates
  • Orchestrating events for buildings
  • Supporting Manager with multiple projects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Office Administrative experience
  • Commercial Real Estate or Property Management industry experience a plus!
  • Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills
