Facilities / Operations Manager in Commercial Property Mgt!

Then this could be the position for YOU! Local portfolio is looking for a Facilities/Ops Manager to oversee management of a large office complex, including renovations/improvements. Company provides fully paid healthcare, bonus potential, and a team setting!


  • Overseeing completion of capital improvements and renovation for property
  • Taking incoming emails/calls in regards to property concerns/issues
  • Selecting and managing vendors
  • Maintaining working relationship with vendors and providing ongoing feedback
  • Managing preventive maintenance
  • Coordinating schedules of tenant move-in and move-outs
  • Managing on-site technicians and engineers for various HVAC and building projects
  • Developing and managing budgets for facilities and capital projects
  • Approving and coding incoming invoices for all facility needs
  • Managing work order request through system
  • Gathering bids for vendors and contractors
  • Analyzing budget and preparing variance reporting
  • Training and mentoring staff
  • Managing landscaping and parking projects
  • Overseeing all daily maintenance projects and working with General Manager

Must have:

  • 3+ years of Facility Management experience
  • Work Order System experience
  • MS Office - intermediate to advanced
