Assistant Property Manager - Strong Lease Administration Skills!

Commercial property development and management firm is looking to add an Assistant Property Manager/Lease Administrator to their Orem based team! This position will work under a General Manager and support property management efforts. Company provides full health coverage, opportunities for growth, a team setting and more!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Interfacing with tenants and vendors
  • Overseeing vendors for various projects
  • Resolving tenant concerns
  • Dispatching work order requests to Facilities team
  • Approving incoming accounts payable
  • Reviewing leases and providing assistance to tenants with inquiries
  • Abstracting and analyzing leases
  • Preparing renewals
  • Following up on short payments or collections issues
  • Acting as a liaison for new tenants moving in
  • Coordinating on-site events for tenants
  • Coordinating lunch vendors and special functions
  • Assisting in preparing building budgets
  • Generating variance reporting
  • Preparing reports for Ownership
  • Managing compliance for tenants (Insurance and Business License)
  • Showing space to potential tenants/brokers
  • Troubleshooting incoming calls/emails
  • Assisting with special projects

Special Skills:

  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Ability to listen well
  • Ability to work well under deadlines

Must have:

  • BA or BS ideal
  • 2+ years of APM experience
  • MS Office - intermediate to advanced
  • Yardi or MRI experience
