Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing tenant relations
  • Working with Marketing to coordinating customer events
  • Coordinating special tenant "thank-you" events
  • Managing vendor relations
  • Tracking tenant files: insurance, business license expiration, other compliance
  • Working with Manager on budgets
  • Processing CAM Reconciliation
  • Reviewing property improvements
  • Managing tenant improvements and construction process
  • Reviewing construction invoices and approving
  • Responding to tenant requests or concerns
  • Following through with tenant work orders
  • Coding and managing property payables
  • Reviewing on-line tenant work order requests
  • Assisting Manager with various projects

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years Assistant PM experience - commercial experience ONLY
  • BA or BS
  • CA Real Estate License - completed, or willing to obtain
  • Word, Excel, Outlook - intermediate - advanced
  • People and Customer Service Skills
