This position is a great opportunity for new grads looking to gain more experience in accounting and exposure to commercial real estate. Seeking candidates with at least 2 years experience in accounting and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Processing vendor invoices
Obtaining lien release information and maintaining insurance information
Reviewing the general ledger for accuracy
Setting up new vendor accounts
Seeking candidates with a 4 year degree in accounting, with at least 2 years experience. Experience in real estate or construction industry a plus! Yardi software experience preferred, not required.
