Commercial real estate firm located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking out a Accounting Assistant/Admin to join their growing team. This position is a great opportunity for new grads looking to gain more experience in accounting and exposure to commercial real estate. Seeking candidates with at least 2 years experience in accounting and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Duties Include:

Processing vendor invoices

Obtaining lien release information and maintaining insurance information

Reviewing the general ledger for accuracy

Preparing reporting

Setting up new vendor accounts

Accounts Payable

Seeking candidates with a 4 year degree in accounting, with at least 2 years experience. Experience in real estate or construction industry a plus! Yardi software experience preferred, not required.
