TOPS is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team!
As Scrum Master you will lead the continual Agile transformation and practices and promote accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization. You will be helping and guiding the scrum team and keeping the project-related stakeholders in the loop.

While you’ll interact with between 35-40 team members total across various departments, your core interactions will involve 5-10 people.
You will work with a broad array of personalities and cultures both within the United States and internationally. You will collaborate with executive team members, engineering and product teams to help guide strategy, priorities and identify dependencies. You’ll report to the Director of Engineering.
This full-time role can be fully remote. We have offices in the Tampa and Fort Lauderdale, FL areas as well as Knoxville, TN if you have preference for an in-office or hybrid work setup.
Salary range is 80-90k depending on experience.
