Accounting Manager - Virtual/Remote

TOPS is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for Financial Reporting including consolidations, general ledger, monthly account reconciliations. You will have one direct report. You’ll be joining a talented and dedicated team working in the FinTech industry, operating in a fast-paced M&A company. This is a great opportunity to grow in your Accounting career.

This full-time salaried role reports to our Corporate Controller and is remote eligible, with preference for applicants in EST.

You should have

• Required: Minimum degree Bachelor’s in Accounting
• Required: 5 years experience in accounting
• Preferred: Experience in the Software Industry
• Preferred: Public Accounting experience
• Preferred: CPA and/or MBA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with other financial systems, NetSuite preferred
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
