Private loan processing company seeking part-time outside counsel to refer legal work on a contract/per incidence basis.
Responsibilities:
- Job entails representing debtors in lawsuits by creditors
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on legal transactions
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to practice law and in good standing for a minimum of five years.
- Must be well versed in FSCPA and FCRA.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
