We are seeking the right Client Care Coordinator for our animal hospital. We are a busy 1 doctor small animal and exotic practice. We emphasize compassionate and comprehensive care for both our clients and patients. Due to the nature of the job, experience in the veterinary field is a plus.
Reception duties include: greeting clients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, client communication, follow-up calls, handling financial transactions, as well as other various tasks throughout the hospital.
The ideal candidate is well spoken, friendly, self-motivated, has the ability to multi-task, adept at written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent computer skills. Having a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must!
Ideally hiring for full-time but a part-time schedule may be possible. Shifts include mornings, evenings and Saturdays. Customer service is very important!
