● 4+ years experience in Customer or Product Support with direct (face-to-face) customer contact

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

● Creative approach to problem solving

● Take lead in training and coordination of support activities

● Experience performing device administration tasks, such as networking, device pairing, security permissions, software installation/removal, navigating file system and system controls on both Windows and Mac OS

● Ability to work independently with minimal direction showing initiative where applicable ● Experience using advanced formulas in Microsoft Excel

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

● Excellent written and verbal communications

● Experience in jewelry retail, wholesale, and/or manufacturing a plus

● Gujarathi a plus


Typical Responsibilities

● Serve as the first point of contact for all customer related calls and support tickets ● Provide technical support across the full stack of products and services

● Field and triage customer issues and advance next-level requests as required ● Consistent follow-up with customers

● Log and track customer support requests and resolutions

● Analyze technical requirements and suggest optimal configuration for customer site deployment

● Continuously gather customer feedback, suggest product improvements and process enhancements

● Setup and configure production systems and prepare hardware for customer use ● Collaborate with colleagues to streamline support efforts and results

● Metro NYC travel customer locations

● Occasional travel to trade shows and company opportunities

● Perform product demonstrations

● Prepare and import customer data for new and existing customers

● Support resellers and partners with application installation, configuration, and maintenance

● Assist software development by testing application software and hardware, and logging issues

● Other duties as assigned
