Tipping Point Solutions, LLC is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer for an on-site position with the Learning Innovation Branch at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Motion Graphic Designer will work as part of an integrated team of Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, courseware and multimedia developers to design cutting edge training solutions supporting classroom and online learning environments. The Motion Graphic Designer will be expected to work within established project processes, collaborate with team members, and meet project deliverables by designing and presenting creative, detailed, storyboards, artwork, custom logos, and page layout templates for use in educational materials. The Motion Graphic Designer will effectively manage client relationships throughout the instructional design and development process.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, collaborative, and creative professional able to work with a multi-functional team and meet project deliverables by designing and presenting creative, detailed, exceptional work.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • This is an on-site position; remote or teleworking is not authorized
  • Eligible for government security clearance
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum four years of experience with research, design, selection and production of visual information material using the most appropriate and cost effective method to best portray the subject matter to meet the training objective
  • Minimum of two years of experience if combined with an Associate's degree in Graphics, Motion Animation, or related field
  • Expertise with concept, design and leading of 3D animations and motion graphics for inclusion in video projects. Must possess artistic visual acuity, basic ability to draw, knowledge of color, composition, and tools of the trade
  • Must possess creative talent and minimum four years using core creation tools, such as Adobe professional Creative Cloud and stand-alone applications, namely Premiere and After Effects

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Motion Graphic Design supporting training content
  • Development of style guides for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products
  • Responsible for UI/UX design
  • Responsible for Archive, File, and Media management
  • File management and media conversion
  • Support post production team with graphic assets
  • Responsible for design of organizational and training collateral, including: brochures, posters, handouts, inserts, website elements, logos, promotional materials, and presentation materials

Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient in the use of: Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Tech savvy (demonstrate ability of picking up new technologies quickly)
  • Creative, Efficient and Quality Oriented
  • Outside the Box thinker
  • Photoshop manipulation, image clipping and color correction
  • Outstanding written, visual, verbal communication and project management skills.
  • Understanding of emerging media formats and characteristics, including social media trends and practices, along with the associated tools and techniques.
  • Final Cut Pro, AVID, 3D animation a plus
  • Some experience with mobile development would be a plus
