Job Description:
Customer Service Specialist is one of the most crucial positions here at Timeless Partners. As the customer service specialist, one is responsible for carrying out all positive interactions with each customer, ensuring each experience captures the needs uniquely of our client's customers. This position works with our client's customers directly, being the smile, the handshake, and ultimately the face of our client's brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
High School Diploma or GED.
In-Person customer service experience preferred.
Professional Image.
Communication skills.
Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
Ability to work under pressure & handle high volume.
Critical thinking / problem solving skills.
Team Player.
Responsibilities:
Encourage and promote specials.
Speak with new and existing customers to provide customer support.
Maintain customer information and build relationships.
Ensure quality and positive interactions.
Use product knowledge to properly inform customers and provide alternative solutions to customer issues.
