As a Senior Software Developer, you will have a range of responsibilities, including providing technical troubleshooting and resolution for software and application issues, handling the most complex problems faced by customers during onboarding or production, and developing database scripts, application code in Java, and utilities to fix priority issues. Additionally, you will be expected to diagnose problems with databases, including performance, configuration, and data integrity issues. You will also have the opportunity to assist with the initial setups with integration partners, train and build support teams' expertise on the latest engineering enhancements, act as a bridge across groups, and analyze hardware issues escalated by Tier 2 support teams. In short, you will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for ensuring high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working in PHP, C++, C#, Java, or Python

2+ years of experience with SQL based database technologies (SQL, mysql, Postgres)

2+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP requests, JSON, etc.

2+ years of experience with debugging code & fixing issues.

2+ years of experience with Tier 3 support function
