Field Sales Representative

The Radiator Store is seeking a professional, competent, motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Field Sales Representative (FSR). This is a full time position and will be for the territory and cities serviced by the College Point, NY facility.

We are specifically seeking motivated and outgoing people to fill the role of Field Sales Representative (FSR). As an FSR, you will be responsible for managing the sales within the designated region as well as contributing to the overall growth of the region. This flexible position requires a candidate who is goal oriented, self-directing, passionate and personable.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn the automotive distributor business from the ground up, eager to take on additional responsibility and is professional and energetic. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Make in person sales calls to repair shops, body shops and parts stores

• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

• Promote company products so as to increase sales

• Achieve goals with and without direct supervision

• Negotiate and secure contracts with clients

• Identify potential new markets and prospective customers

• Provide customer service through consistent follow up

Qualifications:

• Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the overall automotive aftermarket industry is strongly preferred

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Reliable Transportation (you will be reimbursed for gas and mileage)

• Superior time-management and organization skills

• 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a field sales environment and top line growth in revenue
