Sales and Customer Service

Small, well respected independent insurance agency is seeking dependable, highly organized and personable sales professional with excellent organization and communication skills to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

·       Servicing existing clients, soliciting and writing new business

·       Directly contributing to the overall growth goals of the agency

·       Preparing and writing proposals

·       Staying current with licensing requirements and all applicable state insurance laws

·       Maintaining knowledge of products available

·       Performing other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed:

·       High School degree or equivalent required. Some college education preferred.

·       Texas General Lines Agent License preferred.  1-3 years related business experience.

·       Able and willing to learn quickly and work independently.

·       Intermediate MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel, skills required. Experience with custom programs a plus; Ease and Next            Agency

·       Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

·       Ability to be highly organized, detail oriented and to keep others organized as well.
