What we are looking for in our next Sr. Sales Rep:
- Highly organized and comfortable managing a pipeline, Salesmanship is a MUST !!!
- Extensive knowledge of Lead management, CRM's and pitching from Scripts
- Able to show record of prior work and sales success inside a health vertical
- Analytical, Data-Driven & Results-Oriented
- Self driven and able to without supervision (We do not have time to micromanage)
- Loves commission as we have no limits to what your payout is, you should not have a ceiling as well
What you will do in the position:
- Manage B2B sales funnel and work prospects to convert to sales
- Lead generation & Lead management
- Think quickly, creatively, and analytically
- Track KPI's & update CRM's
- Continually work on improving campaign performance, assessing key learning's and takeaways, and generally strive to "over-deliver"
- Intense desire to sell this life changing family of products and finally feel good about what you are selling
- Improve the sales process and build out a book of business
